We represent employers sued by employees as well.

The cost of the meeting with the client, analysing the files and developing a response to the employee’s lawsuit is PLN 500-1,000 net.

For court representation in the Polish Labour Court, we charge a fee of PLN 200 net per trial. When witnesses are heard during the trial, we charge a fee of PLN 100 net for hearing each witness.

Our fee for developing one trial letter is PLN 400 net.

For the case of key significance for our client, we also negotiate a so-called success bonus with the client apart from the above fee. The bonus is paid only when the case is won and varies from 0.5% to 10% of the case value.
